Delighted - I'm sure.

Okay so the 2010 Winter Olympics started this past Friday as I am sure most of you are well aware of. Here's something I'm pretty sure hasn't been brought to your attention though - The fact that I look forward to seeing the Winter Olympics with almost maniacal fervor. I get way more into them than the Summer ones. I don't know why, it's just always been a special part of my life. One of my earliest memories is of the Opening Ceremonies of the '94 Lillehammer Games. I've been super impressed with the Games this year, especially all my Team USA athletes. I get this super overwhelming sense of pride when I watch them compete, and especially when I see one of them take the podium. Figure-Skating, Freestyle Moguls, and the Half-Pipe are my favorite things to watch. I'm super proud that so far Team Usa has been on the podium, with Gold in at least one of the sexes I might add, in all my favorites. Yay!
