The wedding dress debacle has finally come to a close.
We recieved the dress at our house on 1/31/11. After fighting corresponding with the company for a week, we recieved an RMA number on 2/5/11, and tried to send the dress back on 2/7/11 (for $32!!!!!). We got the dress BACK in the mail yesterday, 2/16/11, labeled return to sender. We get our money back for the purchase of the dress within the week. We get to burn the dress at the post wedding bonfire on 4/23/11!
Glad this has all finally come to an end. Lesson definitely learned; do not, and I repeat, DO NOT order a dress sight unseen offline.
I would like to renig my statements about Inweddingdress.com. They did their job, and they are the ones who are getting us our money back. It's the chinese sweat shop seamstress who effed everything up.
Mother and I are going shopping this weekend for her new dress.
All is right on the wedding front again.
