Alterations

Okay... well it is the day before the big post. The pictures and complete list for my 101 in 1001 is going to be up.
I'm very excited to see what this project brings my way. I mean I obviously know what is in store as far as my items go, but I can't wait to see what lessons it shall bring about.
Before the project starts I guess I should say why it is that I am doing it exactly, so that way I can look back and see all the progress. Well when I first came across the idea for 101 in 1001, my initial thought was that this was going to be a piece of cake. I mean, really it doesn't sound like a hard concept at all. But sometimes things are way more intense than originally assumed. Already my hopes and views have changed. Coming up with a list of 101 things that I want to accomplish was so much more difficult than I could have ever imagined. Not that there aren't easily 101 things that I want to do. When choosing the items I really sat and thought about how these items would affect me, and if they would contribute towards making me the person that I want to be. A lot of the things I was originally going to put on my list I decided that they weren't as vital to my overall life experience as I thought that they would be. Nearly every single item on my list is an item that is a habit former. Well, that's not necessarily true. The items that are experiences are items that I put because I want to be the kind of person that is able to say ''I did that.''
Also, on my list I have a section that is dedicated to my spirituality. I am highly considering not putting those items. I don't want to sound... well I don't quite know the word I am looking for, but here is the verse implying my meaning: "And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him."-Matthew 6:5-8
I don't want to include them for fear that someone will think that I am just trying to make them public if that makes any sense. I guess we shall see tomorrow. Plus now that I have included this disclaimer, I feel a little more willing to share.
Well, I have a few finishing touches I need to make on my book, and I need to go running today so I shall leave you in your anticipation of tomorrow. Have a great day.
